FROM BOSTON/CAPE COD
Take Route 24 SOUTH to Route 114 SOUTH (West Main Road), in Newport -Route 114 will become Broadway. Turn RIGHT from Broadway onto Summer Street (1 block after Arnold) Summer Street becomes Van Zandt Avenue.
Continue west towards Narragansett Bay until it dead-ends at Washington Street. Turn left (South) onto Washington Street to # 72.

FROM NEW YORK
Take Route 95-NORTH to 138 EAST
Take Route 138 EAST to Jamestown Bridge, continue EAST across Jamestown and over the Newport-Pell Bridge. Take the first exit, “Scenic Downtown Newport” off of the Newport-Pell Bridge. At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Farewell Street. Drive for one block- Take a right at the 1st traffic light onto Van Zandt Avenue. Continue west for 3 blocks towards Narragansett Bay until it dead-ends at Washington Street. Turn left (South) onto Washington Street to # 72.

FROM PROVIDENCE (West Bay)
Take Route-95 SOUTH, to Route 4 SOUTH, Route 4 merges with Route 1 SOUTH. Take Route 138 EAST to Jamestown Bridge, continue EAST across Jamestown and over the Newport-Pell Bridge. Take the first exit, “Scenic Downtown Newport” off of the Newport-Pell Bridge. At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Farewell Street. Turn right at the 1st traffic light onto Van Zandt Avenue. Continue west for 3 blocks towards Narragansett Bay until it dead-ends at Washington Street. Turn left (South) onto Washington Street to # 72.
